SALES REPRESENTATIVES-Experience in Industrial Manufacturing Company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

➢ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.

➢ 25–35 years of age.

➢ Previous experience in sales, retail, showroom sales, product demonstrations, or channel development is highly preferred.

➢ Experience in any of the following industries is an added advantage: Industrial Adhesives, Paints & Coatings, Hardware & Building Materials, Woodworking Machinery, Woodworking Tools or Furniture Manufacturing

➢ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

➢ Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

➢ Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales and prospecting.

• Promote and sell industrial adhesives, woodworking machinery, cutting tools, and related products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, manufacturers, and other key customers.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer visits.

• Expand and manage sales channels within assigned territories.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and close deals.

• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.

• Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Submit timely sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
