Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the cosmetics and detergent market.
Monitor, evaluate and report on sales team performance.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers' retailers and key customers.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor market trends and customer needs.
Ensure effective product visibility, merchandising, and brand presence in the market.
Train, mentor and motivate sales representatives to improve productivity and performance.
Prepare periodic sales forecasts and sales reports for management.
Ensure timely collection of customer feedback and address customer concerns effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales supervisory role within the cosmetics and detergent industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
