The Shop Supervisor is responsible for leading the retail team to achieve sales targets while driving the growth and visibility of the brand. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Supervise, coach, and motivate shop attendants.
* Drive customer acquisition, retention, and business development.
* Build strategic partnerships and identify new sales opportunities.
* carry out and oversee content creation, live selling sessions, photoshoots, and promotional campaigns.
* Ensure excellent customer service, visual merchandising, and brand presentation.
* Manage stock, inventory accuracy, and daily shop operations.
* Monitor performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve sales.
* Represent and uphold the brand and company values at all times.
**Qualifications & Requirements*
• Certificate, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Sales, Business, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Supervision role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, reliable, and highly organized.
• Good grooming and a professional appearance.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge is an added advantage.
