Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning staff and ensure all assigned areas meet set hygiene standards.
- Assign daily duties and monitor attendance of cleaning personnel.
- Ensure proper use and care of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Train and motivate staff to achieve operational efficiency.
- Handle minor client complaints and escalate serious issues to management.
- Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Support recruitment and deployment of new cleaning staff when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
* KCSE Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field (added advantage).
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role in the cleaning or facilities industry.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Must be male (as per client requirement).
* Honest, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
