Job Description/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a tours/travel agency environment
- Tourism management degree/ advanced diploma or related advanced certificate
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Keen on analytical details
- Excellent networking skill
- Well-travelled in the tourism circles
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare itineraries to clients for various destinations and ensure the travel arrangements run accordingly
- Wide knowledge in local tourism as you may be required to accompany travel groups if need be
- Have wide knowledge and contacts for the various suppliers – hotels and lodges
- Compile favorable rates with the various suppliers
- Researching, developing and creating interesting packages to meet the market demand.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to muti-task and be a good team player
- Excellent representation on behalf of your company on Tourism and Travel related matters.
