REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.
IATA Diploma is mandatory.
Practical experience with Galileo or Amadeus systems.
Minimum of 3 years working as a Tour Consultant.
Strong ability to understand and meet client needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inquiries about company tour packages and services.
Assess client requirements, including destinations, group size, duration, and preferred activities.
Ensure deposits are paid before confirming any bookings.
Clearly explain cancellation policies, including important dates and penalties.
Arrange transport and accommodation that match the client’s preferences and finances.
Plan and organize excursions, sightseeing, and activities tailored to client interests.
Provide guidance on cultural practices, local attractions, and safety measures.
Consider special needs such as mobility or medical requirements during tour planning.
