Job Title: Tourism and Vehicle Rental Manager

Job Summary:

We are a newly established company in Nairobi offering tourism, car rental, and electric bike rental services. We are seeking an experienced Tourism and Vehicle Rental Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our operations, including electric bike rentals, sales and marketing, customer service, fleet management, and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to promote our tourism and vehicle rental services, with a focus on increasing revenue and profitability.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, including electric bike rentals, fleet management, reservations, customer service, and logistics.

• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve our services and operations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role in tourism or the car rental industry

• Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.

• Good understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
