Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and assist them with seatingPresent menus, explain daily specials, and answer customer questionsTake customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staffServe food and beverages promptly and professionallyEnsure tables are clean, well-maintained, and properly setHandle customer concerns or complaints with courtesy and escalate when necessaryProcess bills and handle payments (cash, POS, or mobile money)Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all timesAssist with clearing tables and resetting for the next guestsWork collaboratively with kitchen, cashier, and fellow service staffRequired Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a waitress or in a customer service roleGood command of English and Kiswahili (verbal and written)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and multitaskBasic math skills and POS system familiarityWell-groomed appearance and a positive attitudeFlexible availability (weekends, holidays, evening shifts)
