The Protection Interpreter Consultant will provide accredited, high-quality, trauma-informed consecutive interpretation and translation for non-national victims of human trafficking (VoTs)—primarily Ethiopian, Eritrean, and Somali nationals. Operating across the organization's residential facilities and border operational points.

The position is responsible for direct line management of Shelter Managers, technical oversight of MHPSS interventions for survivors of human trafficking, advanced data auditing and reporting via the organisation's Case Management System (CMS), and supporting the Programme Lead in multi-site operational management.

The position will translate the organization's programme experience, survivor expertise and evidence into credible advocacy positions, policy recommendations, research products and strategic communications that influence policy, practice and public understanding of human trafficking.
