Job Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and converting inbound and outbound leads into successful training engagements. This role combines consultative sales, client relationship management, and performance-driven target achievement. You will actively engage prospects over the phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs, recommend appropriate Dale Carnegie solutions, and close deals.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Contact and follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, referrals, and other sources.
· Maintain consistent communication with prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
· Understand client needs and present tailored Dale Carnegie solutions.
· Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance.
· Build long-term relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
· Schedule and conduct client meetings to present training solutions and follow up on satisfaction and retention.
· Update CRM systems with lead activity, progress, and outcomes.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and performance updates.
· Work closely with marketing and training delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and program success.
· Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, or business development (training or service industry preferred).
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Proven ability to follow up, nurture leads, and close deals.
· Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
· Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
· Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
