Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team in achieving targets, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate has a passion for furniture sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Supervise, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert guidance on furniture selection.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and generate reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and problem resolution.
- Assist in merchandising, store layout planning, and promotional activities.
- Train and mentor sales associates to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to optimize product availability and promotions.

Requirements:
