- Get Accepted: After applying for the program, qualified candidates will be invited for an interview and awareness sessions within 48 hours. Selected candidates will then be accepted to the program.
- Get Immersed: Spend 8 weeks immersed in virtual training. During training, you will get to understand sales concepts and strategies that you will use once you get to the job market.
- Get Hired: For career-driven professionals, based on your performance during training, you will get a job opportunity with one of our partner companies. This will provide you with real work experience where you will work with set sales deliverables for the respective company. During this time you will be paid a minimum salary of KES 30,000.

Responsibilities

- You have some experience in sales and or love selling and want to make a living out of it.
- Personal targets motivate you & you have personal goals to fulfill with your earnings.
- You possess a growth mindset and are teachable.
- You are proactive and great at self-management
- You’re resilient when faced with challenges and can handle the “no”s you’ll hear on the job.
- You are a graduate with a diploma or a degree in technical or ICT courses such as Information Technology and Computer Science. Computer Engineering, Programming, Telecommunications, Engineering e.t.c
- Have a work experience of 1 year or you have sold something before either as an entrepreneur/hustler.
- You are located in Nairobi or within its environs
- You are willing and committed to learning B2B tech sales
- You have a stable internet connection (preferably wifi), a laptop (Mandatory), and a phone as the classes are virtual.
- You are available full-time to commit to attending ALL the training and workplace learning sessions, except in cases of evidenced illness or emergency.
