Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Administrator to join our team in Kikuyu. This is an urgent vacancy for a candidate who can streamline our operations and manage both administrative and basic financial tasks with precision.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage basic accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate schedules, handle correspondence, and manage office supplies.
- Ensure efficient filing systems (digital and physical) are maintained.
- Support management with reporting and operational logistics.
- Education: A Degree in Business related courses or a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) is preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Accounting principles is essential for this role.
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar administrative or office management role.
- Location: Must be residing in or able to easily commute to Kikuyu.
- Demographics: Preferred age bracket is between 25–30 years.
- Skills: Proficiency in office software (MS Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Budget: KSh 20,000 – KSh 25,000 per month.
