Job Summary
Our client in Tours and Travel company is looking for an aggressive, determined Business Development Executive. The job holder will play a critical role in expanding our market presence. He/she will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our travel products and services to individuals and corporate clients.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by promoting and upselling travel packages, corporate travel services, and ancillary products such as insurance and guided tours.
- Prepare customized travel proposals and quotations, and lead client negotiations to close profitable deals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services, confidently present travel options through meetings, presentations, or digital channels.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve offerings.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities; prepare regular reports for management on performance and market feedback.
- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, social media, referrals, tender sites, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding travel needs and offering tailored travel solutions.
- Represent the company at local and international travel fairs, expos, and networking events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of travel services.
Education and Skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
- (4-5) years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (preferably in the travel and tours industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A passport holder is preferred
- Knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and visa procedures is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
