Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in SMEs, corporates, and institutions.
  • Pitch ElyonEdge’s marketing, sales training, and content development solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve or exceed minimum monthly sales targets to qualify for the retainer salary.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in the company CRM.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in marketing or advertising sector is an advantage).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
