Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in SMEs, corporates, and institutions.
- Pitch ElyonEdge’s marketing, sales training, and content development solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Achieve or exceed minimum monthly sales targets to qualify for the retainer salary.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records in the company CRM.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in marketing or advertising sector is an advantage).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
