You will be responsible for generating and maintaining a portfolio of customers in your territory. You will create opportunities and drive sales agenda. You will also be responsible for product growth and maintaining relationships with our stakeholders to meet customers’ needs.
Job Summary
You will be responsible for generating and maintaining a portfolio of customers in your territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Revenue growth by acquisition of new business as well as upselling to existing Accounts.
• Sell our Corporate Fibre solutions to Businesses.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and achieve customer satisfaction in each business deal.
• Prepare high quality service/solution proposals, working across the specialist teams within the company.
• Provide clear, timely and accurate information, advice and reports to enable proper consideration of business, assured decision-making and delivery of the company objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education:
• Minimum Diploma in Sales, Business, Information Technology or related field
• Relevant Technology, Customer Service, Sales Aptitude Certification is desirable.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of related Technical, Pre-Sales or Business Development Experience.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Telecoms, Fibre, Sales of ICT and Communication Technology Services is strongly preferred.

• Excellent Organisational and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and consultative Sales Management skills.
• Effective Communication skills.
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
