Business Development Manager - Ndonyo Healthcare

Ndonyo Healthcare is a private hospital based in Naivasha town.
We currently have branches at Gilgil and Kwa Muhia off Moi Southlake Rd, Naivasha.
We are currently looking for a qualified and dedicated candidate to fill the following position;
JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Overall, Purpose: The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the hospital’s growth by increasing patient numbers, expanding corporate and insurance partnerships, and enhancing the hospital’s visibility within the community. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing relationships to support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase patient volumes and revenue
  
• Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with corporate organizations, insurance providers, and NGOs
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and referral networks
  
• Promote hospital services through outreach programs, marketing campaigns, and community engagement
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
  
• Prepare and present proposals, service packages, and partnership agreements
  
• Monitor and evaluate business performance, including revenue growth and client acquisition
  
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  
• Represent the hospital at corporate meetings, health forums, and networking events
  

Job Qualifications & Skills

• 
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
  
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a healthcare setting
  
• Strong understanding of healthcare services, insurance processes, and corporate client management
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Must be of high integrity
  
• Proficient in computer applications
