Job Description/Requirements
- Implement the Business Development Strategies to ensure the profitability of Swift Capital Ltd in Trade Finance market conditions.
- Establish and maintain relationship with partner banks and institution to ensure repayment of overdue transactions by issuing banks to forestall a call on the Banks’ Guarantees.
- Growing Trade Finance business volumes and revenues, and manage clients’ portfolio, from deal origination, structuring and credit approval to contracting and placement of business through Swift Capital Banks’ partnerships.
- Implementing established sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and branches, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintain records of all guarantees issued internally.
- Carry out client appraisal and due diligence including Award verification.
- Ensuring growth in the client portfolio to ensure increase in the number of clients overall to maximize growth.
- Implementing and ensuring implementation of marketing programs, marketing materials, advisements, client events and online promotions in order to maximize client reach and sales.
- Ensuring that all customer queries and complaints are effectively addressed in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring emerging customer needs are captured and addressed promptly as per our Service Level agreement.
