We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across our two key product verticals —monday.com solutions and AI-based offerings. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our footprint in the US market, identifying strategic opportunities, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a proactive leader with a successful background in B2B business development, ideally in SaaS and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion & Lead Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the US market, with a focus on strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
Leverage cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn/social media, and online research to build a high-quality pipeline.
Develop and execute plans to open new market segments and verticals.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
Own the end-to-end business development cycle — from prospecting and qualifying leads to conducting product demos and closing deals.
Collaborate with the technical and solutions teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
Optimize lead nurturing processes to shorten the sales cycle and improve conversion rates.
3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key prospects and partners, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals.
Represent the brand in external engagements and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
4. Product Knowledge & Thought Leadership:
Maintain deep expertise in monday.com solutions and AI-based tools to effectively articulate value to various stakeholders. Stay current on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform go-to-market plans.
5. Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
Provide regular pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and insights to leadership.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine messaging, strategy, and operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B business development or sales experience, preferably in SaaS, tech consulting, or AI solutions.
- Demonstrated success in developing and closing deals with US-based clients.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven sales strategies.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience with monday.com, work OS platforms, or workflow automation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or analytics tools is a plus.
