Business Development Officer (Loan Officer / Collection Officer)
Responsibilities
Branch Targets
Achieve monthly targets in the following KPI's
• Disbursement Target
• Collections Target
• New Customer Targets
• Active Customer Targets
Other Responsibilities Include
• Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
• Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
• Customer service delivery.
• Knowing my customer and due diligence.
• Information desk.
• Administration duties.
• Adherence to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures
Salary 15,000 - 20,000
