Business development officer
Job summary
We are looking to recruit a university Degree/diploma holder with a course in construction related field/or a Business-related field with working knowledge of the construction industry. Other desirable skills are :good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ,excellent Interpersonal Skills, written and verbal communication skills .
Job descriptions & requirements
• The successful candidates will be required to visit construction sites, construction companies ,consultants,property developers etc., to introduce the company and its products and create the initial relationship with the prospects.
• Work closely with the design team to understand clients’ construction and technical needs and generate tailored quotations that address their specific requirements.
• Regularly follow up with clients on generated quotations to ensure timely closure and resolve any questions or concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with clients .
• Maintain an up-to-date database of consultants, contractors, and potential clients to support ongoing business development efforts.
• Prepare and submit daily /weekly sales reports in a timely and organized manner.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support team success.
