Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
3+ years in Business Development/Growth/Account Management.
Experience working with or selling to schools (owners, principals, bursars, boards).
Sales understanding is a strong advantage: funnel math, forecasting, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Strong consultative selling and presentation skills; confident with executive stakeholders.
Analytical and organized: pipeline hygiene, KPI tracking, forecast accuracy.
Proficient with CRM (Zoho/HubSpot), Google Workspace/MS Office; basic slides/Canva.
Comfortable with field travel across Nairobi/Kiambu/Thika.

Relationship builder across academic, administrative, and finance teams.
