Job Summary

The Sales Consultant at CAD4Africa drives sales in Kenya and other countries by understanding customer needs and offering guidance. You will be in charge of responding to customer inquiries, sourcing, and closing new clients.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelors

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in different countries via email, phone, chat.
  • Advise engineers on the features and advantages of each CAD, BIM and 3D software
  • Planning and performing sales calls, presentations, webinars, demo company products
  • Leverage marketing-based leads and webinars to generate new business
  • Collaborate with the rest of the sales team, use AI tools for sales and marketing tasks
  • Enter all sales activities into CRM, analyze sales performance metrics, send detailed reports and plans to management
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing after sales support
  • Carry out other related sales and marketing tasks
Requirements - Qualifications
  • Degree in construction, architecture, engineering or similar
  • Solid knowledge of working in CAD, BIM, 3D, and/or design-rendering programs
  • Self-motivated, independence in work, proactivity, persistence
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player with loyalty and high moral principles
  • Very good organization and administrative skills
  • Focused on results and dedicated to achieving business goals
  • Active use of MS Office programs, interest in learning AI and new technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of English in speech and writing
Nice to haves - Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of Sales Experience in B2B
  • Experience with selling CAD solutions
  • Knowledge of the AEC market
