Job Description/Requirements
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide product information, take orders, and resolve customer issues
- Assist customers with inquiries about our products and services
- Maintain accurate call records and customer data
- Follow scripts and call handling procedures where required
- Work as part of a team to meet performance targets and quality standards
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Prior experience in a call center or customer support role (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable working U.S. hours (evening/night shifts may be required)
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Good computer skills and ability to navigate systems quickly
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience handling U.S.-based customer service calls
- Familiarity with CRM or call center software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Five9)
- Passion or interest in coffee and hospitality
