Job Description/Requirements
Sales
Get an in-depth understanding of Kaluari’s solutions and sales methodology.
Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities through calls, emails and virtual meetings.
Present Kaluari’s value proposition clearly to existing/prospective clients, nurture and convert prospects.
Schedule and attend meetings with prospects regularly, taking relevant notes for follow-up.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
Maintain and update client sales-related interactions and leads in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team on improving prospecting strategies.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to serve as a trusted resource for prospects and clients.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Technical Support
Handle customer technical support cases via email or phone (in-person if necessary).
Guide clients through diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system set-up processes.
Ensure timely responses to support inquiries.
Prioritize and manage multiple support cases simultaneously to ensure timely resolutions.
Provide accurate information and assistance on Kaluari solutions
Continuously improve technical knowledge through feedback and training.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements
Genuine Interest in sales, IT and learning new technologies.
Strong technical aptitude — not necessarily an expert, but eager to understand how technology can enhance business processes.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong listening skills and a professional, pleasant telephone manner.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Dependable and responsive, with the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Able to remain calm and effective under pressure or heavy workload.
Confident engaging with C-suite executives and senior managers.
Nice-to-have
Previous experience in a sales or technical support role, preferably with enterprise software products
Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
