Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the college and ensure efficient service delivery.

Coordinate activities across academic, administration, finance, admissions,
examinations, ICT, marketing, and student affairs departments.

Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and quality
standards.

Ensure compliance with TVETA, TVET CDACC, Ministry of Education, and other
regulatory requirements.

Monitor departmental performance and prepare operational reports for management.

Lead institutional planning, resource allocation, and process improvement initiatives.

Coordinate college events, examinations, graduations, and official functions.

Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction across all campuses.

Supervise departmental heads and support staff to achieve institutional objectives.

Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education Management, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in operations, administration, or institutional management, preferably in a TVET or higher education institution.

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and institutional management
systems.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
