Batian Registrars LLP seeks to fill positions in the Secretarial department. The department is up and running; however, the growth of the same has necessitated the need for a self-driven individual with experience in all Company Secretarial matters to assist the partners in managing assignments with an aim of optimising growth through quality service.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree.
- CS Finalist
- Familiarity with the Companies Act and other regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational, communication, and writing skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- At least 3 years of experience in a company secretarial, compliance, or governance role.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in professional services or consulting firms is an added advantage
