Job Description/Requirements
Content Creation & Storytelling
· Develop and produce high-quality video content that aligns with the brand’s objectives and tone of voice.
· Script, film, and edit creative short-form and long-form content that showcases the brand’s products, people, and culture.
· Generate innovative content ideas inspired by current social media trends, challenges, and audience insights.
· Create behind-the-scenes and lifestyle videos to enhance brand relatability and connection.
Video Production & Cinematography
· Plan, shoot, and edit professional videos for digital and social media platforms.
· Manage lighting, sound, and visual setup to ensure consistent video quality.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce storyboards and video scripts.
· Ensure all outputs meet brand quality, style, and performance standards.
Social Media Content Management
· Post, monitor, and engage with audiences across various platforms.
· Tailor content formats to platform specifications (aspect ratios, captions, durations, tags, and hashtags).
· Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
· Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Brand Communication & Representation
· Serve as an on-camera brand personality — confident, authentic, and professional.
· Present brand messages clearly through videos, interviews, and digital campaigns.
· Participate in brand activations, events, and collaborations to drive audience engagement.
· Ensure brand consistency in all content and uphold visual and communication standards.
Secondary Responsibilities
· Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to align visuals with campaign messaging.
· Support photography, event coverage, and live streaming needs.
· Coordinate content shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and production logistics.
· Manage an organized library of media assets and ensure compliance with copyright and usage rights.
