Nea by Nature, a natural skincare company, is looking for a cosmetic sales representative in the Mount Kenya region to be based in Nanyuki, Kenya. He or she should be passionate about sales and have at least six months of experience in sales and marketing.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
● Achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
● Promote and sell cosmetic products to customers.
● Keep up-to-date with market trends and new product launches.
● Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits and features of the products.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
● A minimum of 6 months of sales and marketing experience.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
● Basic computer skills and proficient in using Microsoft Office.
