Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate self driven and motivated customer care representative to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will drive our business success by building relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales and increase our revenue. The candidate will work closely with other customer service reps.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS.
1 year experience in sales and marketing or customer service
Degree in Business or relevant field
Fast thinker and a problem solver
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling.
Proficiency with computers, especially Google Docs, Excel
Good written, verbal, clear and transparent communication skills.
Good ethical conduct- should exhibit high levels of integrity and ethical conduct.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
Form new and continue building strong relationships with existing customers and potential customers.
Provide accurate information to customers about the brand's services.
Address customer complaints , concerns and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain accurate records of all closed sales, customer interactions and transactions.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all supporting departments.
Solve customer problems and provide solutions for challenges.
Stay abreast of the market conditions and trends in the field pertinent to product.
Maintain a regular follow up with clients to maintain a strong customer service.
Meet or exceed targets as established by the company.
Respond promptly to customers inquiries via phone, email or chat.
Prepare and submit Weekly , Monthly and Quarterly reports.
