Job Description

The Customer Care Executive will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communications via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Responsibilities include:


  • Booking and confirming appointments
  • Managing clinic schedules
  • Communicating key information (e.g., test prep, delays, follow-ups)
  • Handling client inquiries and concerns professionally
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
  • Coordinating with clinical and admin teams to ensure smooth service delivery


Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Customer Service, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and messaging/email platforms
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Friendly, professional, and patient-centered approach
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
