The Customer Care Executive will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communications via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Responsibilities include:
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Managing clinic schedules
- Communicating key information (e.g., test prep, delays, follow-ups)
- Handling client inquiries and concerns professionally
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
- Coordinating with clinical and admin teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Customer Service, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and messaging/email platforms
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Friendly, professional, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
