Driver Salesman

Need to do
•    Sales of highly perishable agricultural produce
•    Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
•    Listen to and resolve customers' complaints regarding products or services.
•    Inform regular customers of new products or services and price changes.
•    Drive vehicle/tuk tuk truck to deliver product
•    Call on prospective customers in order to explain company services and to solicit new business.
•    Arrange merchandise and sales promotion displays, or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
•    Verify customer orders to ensure that customer needs and requirements are met.
•    Load merchandise into the truck in a safe and systematic manner.
•    Drive the merchandise or products safely from one destination to the other.
•    Follow and adopt safety standards while transporting merchandise.
•    Obtain feedback from customers.
•    Prepare route sequencing with return services.
•    Ensure that the vehicle is in good condition.
•    Complete all delivery assignments in a timely and systematic manner.
•    Assist staff in preparing transport and shipping documents.

•    Must be well presented and professional person
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Assertive, proactive and keen attention to detail.
•    Strong interpersonal & Time management skills.
•    Self driven – can work with minimal supervision
•    Able to work under pressure to deliver set targets
•    Team player

Need to have
•    A diploma/certificate in marketing and/or sales.
•    Must have a certificate of good conduct.
•    Must have a valid driving license.
•    Must have a minimum of 2 years in selling farm produce
•    Excellent planning, coordinating and organizing skills
