Job Summary
Our clients are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. The successful candidate will manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare reports and presentations, handle confidential information, and ensure the efficient operation of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Screen and manage emails, calls, and correspondence.
Draft, proofread, and prepare reports and business documents.
Maintain confidential records and information.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Track action items and support the delivery of strategic projects.
Provide general administrative support to the executive office.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
