Position: Field Operations Associate – Driver & Vehicle Management
Location: On-ground / Field
Hours: Full-time, flexible (includes night shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Driver Recruitment & Management
- Recruit drivers who need vehicles to operate in online ride-hailing platforms (Uber, Bolt, etc.)
- Track daily driver logins, performance, and availability
- Follow up on and collect daily driver payments
- Ensure drivers comply with company policies and platform rules
2. Vehicle Monitoring & Inspection - Conduct scheduled vehicle inspections and document conditions
- Track vehicle usage, roadworthiness, and maintenance needs
- Monitor driver behavior and report any issues
3. Operational Tracking & Reporting - Use in-house and external systems to record drivers’ activities
- Monitor driver and vehicle performance in real time
- Prepare and share daily activity plans and end-of-day reports
- Support management in handling escalations and operational challenges
4. Garage & Repair Oversight - Visit garages to oversee vehicle repair or maintenance work
- Follow up on repair progress and ensure timely completion
- Maintain records of all repair activities and vehicle downtime
Requirements:
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Basic understanding of Uber/Bolt operations is an advantage
- Comfortable using mobile apps, digital tools, and reporting systems
- High level of discipline, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
