JOB DESCRIPTION
1. POSITION TITLE: Field Sales Executive
2. REPORTS TO: Regional Manager and Head of Retail
3. BASIC FUNCTION
This position is responsible for attracting new clients, acquiring new accounts and maximizing profitability within their sales territory. The holder will work on prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating customers and turning interested shoppers into long-term customers.
4. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
a) Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
b) Cultivate new leads within the sales territory.
c) Travel throughout the territory and visit potential customers.
d) Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.
e) Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
f) Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, customer needs or preferences and market conditions.
g) Create and maintain accurate sales reports and preferences.

e) Ability to understand all commercial and technical features of the company’s products and services.
6. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
The minimum requirements of this job are:
a) Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or any other business-related course.
b) At least 2-3 years experience as a field salesperson in a similar position (B2B Setting) in the automobile or related industry.
c) Good knowledge of automobile mechanics.
d) Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to customer locations within the designated territory.
e) Computer literacy.
