Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and actively seek out potential clients in the financial and corporate sectors.
- Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demos, showcasing technical features and benefits to address customer needs and demonstrate ROI.
- Solution Consultation: Work closely with potential clients to understand their requirements, recommend suitable software configurations, and guide them toward a customized solution.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product management, engineering) to develop accurate proposals and present tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
- Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales cycle, fostering trust and ensuring consistent communication to drive successful deal closures.
- Market & Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs to position the organization’s solutions effectively.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, pipeline activities, and forecasted sales, providing regular updates to management.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Support marketing and account management teams by sharing client feedback, contributing to content development, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Technical Proficiency:Strong background in software solutions, ideally with experience in financial, accounting, or corporate enterprise tools.Ability to design product demonstrations, provide technical solutions, and handle detailed client inquiries.Sales Acumen:Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear value propositions for diverse audiences.Soft Skills & Attributes:
