Role Summary:
Our client, a leading company in the Animal Feeds industry, is seeking to recruit Field Sales Executives to drive sales growth and maintain strong relationships with millers across Kenya. The role involves 70% fieldwork and 30% office-based activities, requiring a dynamic and self-driven professional passionate about sales and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, engage, and acquire new clients within the animal feeds and milling industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, monitor competitor activities, and gather market intelligence.
• Promote and sell animal feed products to millers while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
• Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations to promote the brand.
• Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling Animal Feeds to millers.
• Candidates with experience in the FMCG industry selling Maize, Soya, or Oil will also be considered.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across the country.
• Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
