Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a lady or gentleman to join our team as a Marketer in our motor vehicle garage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our garage services, growing customer engagement, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet marketing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct actual field visits to potential clients

● Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

● Promote garage services both online and offline.

● Create and manage digital content for social media platforms.

● Build partnerships with local businesses, corporate clients, and fleet owners.

● Conduct customer follow-ups and feedback surveys to ensure high satisfaction.

● Monitor competitors and market trends to suggest innovative marketing approaches.

● Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

● Coordinate with the service team to ensure consistent customer experience.

● Attend events and exhibitions to represent the brand when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum education: Diploma in Marketing, Business, Sales or related field.

2. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

3. Computer proficiency – MS Office, email, and basic design tools.

4. Creativity and innovation in marketing strategy and execution.

5. Strong digital literacy – familiarity with social media marketing and online platforms.

6. Effective time management and organizational skills.

7. Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.

8. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a busy service environment.

9. Result-oriented with a drive to meet targets.

10. Minimum 1-year experience in the service industry (e.g., hospitality, automotive, retail, etc.).
