Job Summary
We are an FMCG manufacturing company based in machakos but with operations in Nairobi. We manufacture fermented drinks. The candidate should have worked for 5 years minimum in the alcohol & liquor distribution business & has good networking in that space.

Job Description/Requirements
- Must have a minimum experience of 5 to 7 years in a dynamic FMCG industry
- Responsible for field sales, and building an efficient supply chain with wholesale & logistics companies.
- Responsible for identifying business opportunities, and building vast networks to promote our company products.
- Responsible for listing products with retailers, wholesales and alcohol & beverage distributors.
- Get new markets in the hospitality & liquor store's outlets.
- Extensive travel history and ability to source regional markets.
- Responsible for following up with clients, gathering customer feedback and relaying it for continuous product improvement.
- Responsible for promoting sales and building customer relations to foster loyalty and brand reputation.
- Proof of existing business networks and possessing a driving license is an added advantage
- Must be presentable, comfortable with crowds & public speaking
- Must be fluent in negotiations.
- Must be proactive, aggressive & able to meet sales target.
