Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Field Sales Representative to drive outreach and supplement sales by building partnerships with community organizations, particularly mainstream churches. The ideal candidate will secure permissions, build trusted relationships, and coordinate on-site product sales within church compounds after service

Job Description/Requirements
- Identify and approach mainstream churches and other community hubs for potential partnership opportunities.
- Present and pitch our supplement products to church leadership and decision-makers.
- Secure permissions and schedule on-site sales opportunities within church compounds after services.
- Set up and manage a sales booth/table during outreach events or after church services.
- Educate customers about the benefits of our supplements and answer product-related questions.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, church engagements, customer feedback, and stock levels.
- Report regularly to the sales team with updates and insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or community outreach (experience in health-related products is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse audiences.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working independently and on weekends (especially Sundays).
- Familiarity with mainstream churches and local communities is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Swahili.
