Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the flexible packaging industry.
· Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client requirements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their packaging needs and providing tailored solutions
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
· Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and expansion of our flexible packaging division.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other related fields.
· At least 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within the packaging or printing industry.
· Knowledge of flexible packaging materials, printing processes and market trends.
· Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
· Excellent time management skills.
· A person of high integrity.
