• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Collaborate closely with the Work Gratitude recruitment team to ensure smooth hiring processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR-related roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to identify and engage qualified candidates across different industries.

• Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, or other sourcing platforms.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
