Key Roles
- Welcome and assist visitors and guests professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Manage bookings, appointments, and reservations.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Support administrative and office coordination tasks.
Qualifications
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a front office or receptionist role is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
