Sales Agent Responsibilities:
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating daily sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Contacting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about our products, service terms, prices, and availability.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations;
- At least a Diploma in Sales related Field
- Good written and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Must be diligent, aggressive and people-oriented
- Fast Learner and has a passion for selling
- Must exhibit confidence and have an outgoing personality
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Past Experience in FTTH door-to-door sales is an added advantage
