Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive sales acquisition and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
✅ Manage order fulfilment processes, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
✅ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate dispatch with the operations team
✅ Conduct customer visits, gather feedback, and upsell products
✅ Track and report on sales performance, revenue targets, and market insights
✅ Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure excellent after-sales service
✅ Resolve customer complaints and logistical challenges promptly
Requirements & Qualifications
🔹 Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field
🔹 2–3+ years experience in sales, preferably FMCG (fresh produce experience is an added advantage)
🔹 Strong network and relationships within the retail ecosystem
🔹 Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
🔹 Willingness to travel within assigned territory
