Job Description/Requirements
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve company and brand targets.
- Oversee dealer and distributor sales operations, ensuring high performance and compliance with company policies.
- Expand the company’s brand presence by identifying and developing new dealers and regional distribution networks.
- Visit distributors, outlets, and hypermarkets regularly to strengthen relationships and monitor performance.
- Handle ordering of goods from manufacturers and principals.
- Conduct costing, pricing, and margin analysis to ensure profitability.
- Achieve sales and collection targets set by management and represented brands (e.g., LG and others).
- Monitor team performance, sales growth, and customer experience metrics.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to plan and execute B2B and B2C marketing activities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Drive brand visibility, promotions, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the sales and marketing teams.
- Provide guidance on strategic planning, execution, and customer engagement.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint (mandatory).
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to field operations.
- Sound understanding of channel management, dealer networks, and distribution operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in the consumer electronics or appliances industry is an advantage.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks.
