Job Description/Requirements
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth in the HORECA segment.

Identify and approach potential HORECA clients, generating new business opportunities.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits, excellent service, and support.

Conduct product presentations, tasting sessions, and promotional activities.

Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms of sale with clients within company guidelines.

Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Monitor and report sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries and complaints promptly.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the HORECA sector.
