Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
l Supervise day-to-day restaurant and hotel operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
l Oversee front-of-house and support back-of-house coordination for seamless service.
l Ensure all staff follow company policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
l Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and general workforce supervision.
l Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally.
l Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards across dining and operational areas.
l Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
l Monitor inventory levels and report shortages of supplies to management.
l Support onboarding and training of new staff members.
l Conduct regular floor checks to ensure consistent service quality.
l Prepare daily operational reports for management.
l Promote a positive work environment and uphold Bigfish Nairobi’s brand standards.
Key Requirements
l Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
l Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurant supervision.
l Strong leadership and team-management skills.
l Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
l Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
l Good knowledge of restaurant operations, hygiene standards, and customer service principles.
l Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
l Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
l Familiarity with POS systems is an added advantage.
