HR ASSISTANT
Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, payroll administration, training coordination, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities:
· Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews).
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
· Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
· Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (attendance, leave, overtime).
· Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
· Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
· Support performance management and appraisal processes.
· Assist in organizing staff training and development programs.
Qualifications:
Ø Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Ø At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Ø Skills in drafting contracts and terminating employee contracts.
Ø Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Ø Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
