Job summary
To provide crucial administrative support and ensure smooth operations of the Human Resource department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the coordination of interview schedules and maintain recruitment trackers & candidate databases.
2. Support background verification processes and pre-employment documentation.
3. Maintain and update employee personnel files and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date, while upholding confidentiality.
4. Assist in preparing accurate and timely Time & Attendance reports and support follow-ups on discrepancies.
5. Assist in conducting regular and timely audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Support the issuance and return of staff uniforms while maintaining accurate data.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any other Business related course. Minimum 6 months working experience in HR.
- Proficiency in standard computer application such as Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of Kenya labour laws and HR Policies.
- Strong planning and organization skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
